A Wooden Wedding & Events is an event rental company based in Spokane Valley, Washington, serving Eastern WA and North Idaho. We specialize in handcrafted wood products — arbors, lawn games, backdrops, and decor — that create a one-of-a-kind guest experience to remember. Dreaming of something we don't have yet? How It Works
1. Build your wishlist — Browse the inventory and add arbors, games, and decor to your wishlist.
2. Submit your date — Send your wishlist and event date. We'll check availability and email your quote and contract.
3. We handle the heavy lifting — We deliver the day of your event and pick everything up after. You just enjoy the party.
To reserve your date: signed contract + 50% of your balance, with the rest due 30 days before your event.

The Timber — 5 games — $399 — our most popular for weddings & company parties
The Evergreen — 7 games — $499 — the full yard-party experience
Add any arbor to a game package for $149, save $100.
Every package includes setup and teardown by our team.
Who We Serve
Weddings — Ceremony arbors (triangle, hexagon, cross), aisle decor, signage, and reception games that keep guests mingling between dinner and dancing.
Corporate & Company Events — Holiday parties, summer BBQs, team-building days, and customer appreciation events. Games that break the ice without a trust fall in sight.
Private Parties — Birthdays, graduations, reunions, anniversaries, and church & school events across Eastern WA and North ID.
Service Area
Based in Spokane Valley, we deliver up to 75 miles — including Spokane, Liberty Lake, Cheney, Deer Park, Newport, Coeur d'Alene, Post Falls, Rathdrum, Sandpoint, Priest River, and Blanchard. Delivery: $99 flat within 50 miles — any number of items. Custom quote for 50–75 miles.
